An End-to-End E-Commerce Ecosystem and Cross-Border Trade Platform for ByTR
This project covers the analysis, design and software development of a comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem built to make Turkish products easier to reach in the Russian market. Three integrated systems were developed: a Shop platform where Russian users can buy smoothly using their own local payment methods, an admin panel for managing operations and logistics, and a CMS platform controlling store configuration. At the heart of the project: creating a scalable, sustainable digital ecosystem that eases cross-border trade and answers both technical and operational needs.
UI/UX Design
We ran full UI/UX design processes for three separate platforms: Shop, Admin Panel and CMS. Every user journey — from the shopping experience of Russian customers to the management processes of operations teams — was analyzed to produce intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Software Development and Business Analysis
We handled software development and technical architecture for all of the platforms. Taking an active role in business analysis, requirements definition, process planning and operational flow design, we produced an integrated structure that answers both technical and operational needs.
