Process and Workflow Design
Comparing your current and future state, we design process improvements that raise operational efficiency. Refining every flow — from the customer journey to internal operations — reduces both human and system error.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is process and workflow design?
Process and workflow design is the work of planning which steps a task goes through from start to finish, who carries it out and which systems it runs on. The aim is to cut unnecessary steps, prevent errors and make the work faster and measurable.
How is the current-state and target-state analysis done?
First, the current process is mapped as it is, and bottlenecks, repetitive work and error points are identified. A target process that removes these problems is then designed, and the two are compared to prioritize the improvement steps.
Which processes do you improve?
We work on areas such as customer application and approval processes, dealer and sales operations, content approval flows and internal reporting. Any flow that can be digitized, from the customer journey to internal operations, is considered.
How does process design relate to digital product development?
When a poorly designed process is digitized, its problems are carried over unchanged. That is why the process is simplified before software development begins; the new flow is then built as an application or admin panel.
What does a process design engagement deliver?
You receive a document containing current and target process maps, role and responsibility definitions, and improvement recommendations. This output serves as a reference both for internal implementation and for software projects.
