N Kolay Dealer: A New Look at Credit Management
This project covers the end-to-end redesign and development of N Kolay's dealer and customer credit application processes. We created a comprehensive digital platform where credit applications for vehicles and durable consumer goods can be started from either side — dealer or customer — with tracking and document management handled from a central panel. At the heart of the project: turning complex credit processes into a clear, fast user experience, raising operational efficiency and building an ecosystem that works for dealers and end users alike.
UI/UX Design
Dealer and customer credit application flows were redesigned around user experience. The aim was a modern interface that is quick and easy to use, letting applications be completed in as few steps as possible, with tracking and document management presented intuitively.
Software Development and Project Management
We built a strong technical foundation with a two-way application system, campaign management, document upload and detailed reporting. Effective project management kept every stage coordinated and produced a scalable credit management platform.

We built a flexible structure where dealers can apply for credit on a customer's behalf and customers can apply directly by choosing a dealer and a campaign. For approved credit, tracking, reporting and document upload are managed from one central panel. Redesigned user flows made complex credit processes fast, clear and accessible for both dealers and end users.
